Cook’s Pest Control, Inc. is hiring an Entry Level Sales Representative (ELSR) to start in a residential/commercial sales track. You will undergo training and focus on Door-2-Door sales, with duties spanning lead generation, assisting technicians, and securing sales. Schedules vary by season and may include evenings and Saturdays.

The role emphasizes a great attitude, valid license, and ability to perform in a team. A company vehicle and comprehensive benefits are provided after training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• A great attitude and work ethic are essential.
• A drug test, criminal background check, and driving record will be reviewed.

Responsibilities

• Secure D2D residential termite, pest and mosquito control sales.
• Secure commercial pest control sales including termite and specialty programs.
• Sell Sentricon to support the real estate program as needed.
• Assist technicians and recruit new sales representatives as needed.
• Inspect properties and price services per pricing schedules.
• Maintain sales reports and customer records using company tools.
• Address customer concerns per policy and escalate when needed.
• Maintain company vehicle and sales equipment in good condition.
• Participate in community activities and uphold company standards.
• Training provided; prior sales experience is helpful but not required.
