Job summary

Peyton Resource Group is seeking an entry-level Sales Professional to launch a career in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. You will generate new business, build relationships, and develop foundational sales skills through hands-on training and mentorship.

The role focuses on high-volume outbound prospecting, building referral networks with real estate agents and lenders, and owning the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred, but not required.
• Interest in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or internships is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain an insurance license is required (if not already licensed).
• Basic familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• High-volume outbound prospecting including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and in-person networking.
• Developing and maintaining referral partner relationships with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, loan officers, and other strategic partners.
• Actively dropping into offices, attending networking events, and building a strong local presence to generate consistent referral flow.
• Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing new business.
• Building creative strategies to grow relationships (hosting events, leveraging personal network, social media engagement, etc.).
