The Violand Agency is seeking motivated individuals for an entry-level management path in Tampa, FL. You will be trained to lead and coach a team, developing the skills needed to build a career in sales leadership.

Starting with mentorship from experienced leaders, you’ll learn the business from the ground up and pursue advancement opportunities as you demonstrate capability and results. Local travel and a focus on growth are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to learn and grow into a sales leadership role.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Meet with local business owners and employees to introduce valuable supplemental benefits.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Learn our sales process and lead by example in the field.
• Recruit, train, and mentor new team members.
• Work with experienced leaders to learn coaching and performance management.
• Help team members set goals and achieve results.
• Track team performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Develop communication, organization, and leadership skills to manage a team.
