Job summary

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is seeking a Part Time Entry Level Sales – Lead Generation Specialist in the Simi Valley area. We will train you, set you up for success, and get you out engaging customers and showcasing our bath products.

You’ll work nights and weekends, travel locally, and be the face of the brand in retail settings. The role offers $25.00/hr plus uncapped bonus potential, with an average around $35/hr including performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be outgoing and willing to approach customers in a retail setting.
• Experience using an iPad or tablet in a business capacity.
• Available to work nights and weekends.
• Willing to travel within the Simi Valley area as needed.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of our brand and connect with new customers.
• Schedule in-home design consultations after sparking interest in products.
• Represent at trade shows, events, mall kiosks, and retail locations.
• Partner with retail accounts (Costco, Sam’s Club, Ace Hardware).
• Learn and follow a script and engage customers proactively.

Key Responsibilities of Lead Generation Specialist:

• Be the face of our brand—connect with new customers, spark interest in our products, and schedule exciting in-home design consultations
• Bring the energy! Work trade shows, events, mall kiosks, and retail locations while engaging customers.
• Partner with our retail accounts: Costco, Sam’s Club and Ace Hardware.
• Additional duties as assigned.
• Results driven, wants to MAKE MONEY
• Only Part-Time schedules are available- must be able to work nights and weekends
• Travel within the greater Simi Valley area is required
• Learn and follow a script
• Must be outgoing and willing to approach customers in a retail setting
• Experience using an iPad or tablet in a business capacity
• Active; requires being on your feet, actively engaging with customers
• Ability to work nights/weekends

Compensation: $25.00/hr. plus uncapped bonus potential.

**Our average Lead Generation Specialist earns around $35/hr. hour when factoring in performance bonuses**
