Job summary

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is seeking a Part Time Entry Level Sales Lead Generation Specialist to engage customers in the Norwalk area, promote our bath products, and schedule in-home design consultations. You will be the face of our brand, working at events and retail locations while developing skills in a fast-paced team.

We offer training, a supportive management team, and opportunities to grow into a leadership role. Nights and weekends are required, with travel within the Norwalk area as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be results-driven with ability to generate interest and leads.
• Outgoing, energetic posture suitable for retail interactions.
• Ability to learn and follow a scripted approach.
• Proficiency with iPad/tablet for demonstrations and data entry.
• Must be available to work nights and weekends in the Norwalk area.

Responsibilities

We’ll train you, set you up for success, and get you out in the Norwalk area connecting with customers and showing off our bath products. It’s the perfect way to get your foot in the door with a great team!

Key Responsibilities of Lead Generation Specialist:

• Be the face of our brand—connect with new customers, spark interest in our products, and schedule exciting in-home design consultations
• Bring the energy! Work trade shows, events, mall kiosks, and retail locations while engaging customers.
• Partner with our retail accounts: Costco, Sam’s Club and Ace Hardware.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Compensation:

$25.00/hr. plus uncapped bonus potential.

Our average Lead Generation Specialist earns around $35/hr. hour when factoring in performance bonuses

Qualifications

• Results driven, wants to MAKE MONEY
• Only Part-Time schedules are available- must be able to work nights and weekends
• Travel within the greater Norwalk area is required
• Learn and follow a script
• Must be outgoing and willing to approach customers in a retail setting
• Experience using an iPad or tablet in a business capacity
• Active; requires being on your feet, actively engaging with customers
• Ability to work nights/weekends
