Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is seeking a Part Time Entry Level Sales Lead Generation Specialist in the Simi Valley area. You will be the face of our brand, engaging customers at events and retail locations, and scheduling in-home design consultations.

Training is provided to help you succeed and grow within the team. Responsibilities include traveling within the area, working nights and weekends, and following a prepared script to engage customers who walk into retail locations or attend events.

Qualifications

• Part-time availability; must be able to work nights and weekends.
• Experience in retail or customer interaction is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within the greater Simi Valley area.

We’ll train you, set you up for success, and get you out in the Simi Valley area connecting with customers and showing off our bath products. Key Responsibilities of Lead Generation Specialist:

• Be the face of our brand—connect with new customers, spark interest in our products, and schedule exciting in-home design consultations
• Bring the energy! Work trade shows, events, mall kiosks, and retail locations while engaging customers.
• Partner with our retail accounts: Costco, Sam’s Club and Ace Hardware.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Compensation: $25.00/hr. plus uncapped bonus potential.

**Our average Lead Generation Specialist earns around $35/hr. hour when factoring in performance bonuses**

• Results driven, wants to MAKE MONEY
• Only Part-Time schedules are available- must be able to work nights and weekends
• Travel within the greater Simi Valley area is required
• Learn and follow a script
• Must be outgoing and willing to approach customers in a retail setting
• Experience using an iPad or tablet in a business capacity
• Active; requires being on your feet, actively engaging with customers
• Ability to work nights/weekends
