Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is seeking a Part Time Entry Level Sales – Lead Generation Specialist in the Monterey Park area. You’ll be out engaging customers, sharing our bath products, and scheduling in-home design consultations.

We train you, set you up for success, and provide opportunities to earn uncapped bonuses. This role requires nights and weekend availability, travel within the Monterey Park area, and a willingness to work retail and events.

Qualifications

• Part-Time schedules and willingness to work nights and weekends.
• Willingness to travel within the Monterey Park area.
• Learn and follow a script to engage customers.
• Outgoing and able to approach customers in a retail setting.
• Experience using an iPad or tablet in a business capacity.
• Be on your feet and actively engaging with customers.

Key Responsibilities of Lead Generation Specialist:

• Be the face of our brand—connect with new customers, spark interest in our products, and schedule exciting in-home design consultations
• Bring the energy! Work trade shows, events, mall kiosks, and retail locations while engaging customers.
• Partner with our retail accounts: Costco, Sam’s Club and Ace Hardware.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Compensation: $25.00/hr. plus uncapped bonus potential.

**Our average Lead Generation Specialist earns around $35/hr. hour when factoring in performance bonuses**

• Results driven, wants to MAKE MONEY
• Only Part-Time schedules are available- must be able to work nights and weekends
• Travel within the greater Monterey Park area is required
• Learn and follow a script
• Must be outgoing and willing to approach customers in a retail setting
• Experience using an iPad or tablet in a business capacity
• Active; requires being on your feet, actively engaging with customers
