Job summary

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is seeking a Part Time Entry Level Sales Lead Generation Specialist in the Bakersfield area. You’ll be the face of our brand, engage customers in retail settings, and spark interest in our bath products while scheduling in-home design consultations.

Training is provided to set you up for success. This entry-level role requires energy, willingness to work nights and weekends, travel within the greater Bakersfield area, and comfort using tablets.

Qualifications

• Part-time only; must be able to work nights and weekends.
• Experience with iPad/tablet in a business setting.
• Outgoing personality; comfortable approaching customers in retail environments.
• Travel within the greater Bakersfield area required.

Key Responsibilities of Lead Generation Specialist:

• Be the face of our brand — connect with new customers, spark interest in our products, and schedule exciting in-home design consultations
• Bring the energy! Work trade shows, events, mall kiosks, and retail locations while engaging customers.
• Partner with our retail accounts: Costco, Sam’s Club and Ace Hardware.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Compensation: $25.00/hr. plus uncapped bonus potential.

**Our average Lead Generation Specialist earns around $35/hr. hour when factoring in performance bonuses**

• Results driven, wants to MAKE MONEY
• Only Part-Time schedules are available- must be able to work nights and weekends
• Travel within the greater Bakersfield area is required
• Learn and follow a script
• Must be outgoing and willing to approach customers in a retail setting
• Experience using an iPad or tablet in a business capacity
• Active; requires being on your feet, actively engaging with customers
• Ability to work nights/weekends
