Job summary

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is seeking an Entry Level Sales (Lead Generation) Specialist to grow our customer base in the Portland area. We’ll train you, set you up for success, and help you connect with customers while showcasing bath products.

Responsibilities include representing the brand at events, retail locations, and with Costco/Sam's Club/BJ’s Warehouse partners. Part-time role with strong bonus potential and opportunities for growth within the team.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to approach customers at events and in retail settings.
• Ability to memorize a script and deliver clear presentations to generate leads.
• Baseline enthusiasm for face-to-face customer interaction at trade shows, malls, and retailers.

Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales (Lead Generation) Specialist

• Be the face of our brand-connect new customers, spark interest in our products, and schedule exciting in-home design consultations

• Bring the energy! Work trade shows, events, mall kiosks, and retail locations while engaging customers

• Partner with our retail accounts: Costco, Sam's Club, BJ's Warehouse

• Additional duties as assigned

• Compensation: $22.00/hr. plus uncapped bonus potential. Top performers earn $40.00 + an hour.

Requirements

• Periodic travel to the Salem/Willamette Valley region may be required.
