We’ll train you, set you up for success, and get you out in the greater Portland area connecting with customers and showing off our bath products. Key Responsibilities

• Be the face of our brand—connect with new customers, spark interest in our products, and schedule exciting in-home design consultations
• Bring the energy! Work trade shows, events, mall kiosks, and retail locations while engaging customers
• Partner with our retail accounts: Costco, Sam’s Club, BJ’s Warehouse
• Additional duties as assigned

Compensation

• Compensation: $22.00/hr plus uncapped bonus potential. Top performers earn $40.00 + an hour.

Our average Entry Level Sales (Lead Generation) Specialist earns around $30/hr. hour when factoring in performance bonuses
