Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is seeking a Part Time Entry Level Sales Lead Generation Specialist to connect with customers and showcase our bath products in the Greater Portland/Vancouver area. We’ll train you and set you up for success, helping you grow with a friendly team.

The role requires nights and weekends shifts, travel within the area, and involvement with in-store and event outreach, using an iPad for engagement as you learn a script and approach customers confidently.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Willing to work part-time evening and weekend shifts.
• Ability to learn a sales script and follow it.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of our brand and spark interest in products.
• Schedule in-home design consultations.
• Work at trade shows, events, and retail locations.
• Partner with retail accounts such as Costco, Sam’s Club and Ace Hardware.

Key Responsibilities of Lead Generation Specialist:

• Be the face of our brand—connect with new customers, spark interest in our products, and schedule exciting in-home design consultations
• Bring the energy! Work trade shows, events, mall kiosks, and retail locations while engaging customers
• Partner with our retail accounts: Costco, Sam’s Club and Ace Hardware.
• Additional duties as assigned

Compensation: $25.00/hr. plus uncapped bonus potential.

**Our average Lead Generation Specialist earns around $35/hr. hour when factoring in performance bonuses**

• Results driven, wants to MAKE MONEY
• Only Part-Time schedules are available- must be able to work nights and weekends
• Travel within the greater Portland/Vancouver area is required
• Learn and follow a script
• Must be outgoing and willing to approach customers in a retail setting
• Experience using an iPad or tablet in a business capacity
• Active; requires being on your feet, actively engaging with customers
• Ability to work nights/weekends
