Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to explain technical concepts.
• Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position (seated or standing) for extended periods.
• Occasionally may need to lift or carry items up to 25 pounds (e.g., office supplies, small equipment).

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical expert and communicate engineering solutions effectively to customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and implementation.
• Collaborate with engineering to design and bid customized solutions.
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with customer decision-makers.
• Serve as an advisor across all product and service offerings.
• Coordinate with internal teams including engineering and marketing to support customer needs.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
• Support service delivery and customer satisfaction for new and existing accounts.
• Participate in lead generation through networking, prospecting, and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in CRM systems.
