Sugarloaf is seeking a Sales Coordinator to provide day-to-day administrative support and project management for the sales team, serving as the primary liaison to revenue centres. The role covers the Conference, Meeting, and Association segments, ensuring quality from start to finish and supporting on-site events.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer records in Salesforce.
• Create and prepare accurate catering banquet event orders (BEO) for clients.
• Communicate upsell or changes to the Sales Manager.
• Fulfill service from contract signing to delivery date.
• Serve as a departmental liaison for sales-related topics.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly.
• Provide on-site event assistance as directed by the Sales Manager.
• Be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
