Sugarloaf Mountain Corporation seeks a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team with administrative tasks and project management. You’ll serve as the primary liaison to revenue centers, manage schedules, and communicate sales information to ensure quality from contract to delivery.

The role is full-time, year-round with benefits, training, and clear advancement opportunities. Starting pay ranges from $17–$19 per hour, plus gratuities, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer records in Salesforce.
• Create and prepare catering banquet event orders (BEO) for clients.
• Communicate upsell or contract changes to Sales Manager.
• Fulfill service from contract signing to delivery day.
• Serve as liaison for sales topics and cross-functional relationships.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly.
