Job summary

The Juris Agency in Vancouver, WA is seeking an experienced sales representative to join our team. You will sell insurance products to customers via phone, email, and video conferencing, identify needs, and present fitting solutions to help clients achieve their personal goals.

The ideal candidate has prior sales experience, is coachable, and holds a Property & Casualty license. We offer a growth-oriented environment with hands-on training and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience is required.
• Willingness to learn and be coachable.
• Property & Casualty license required.

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.
