Home Genius Exteriors is hiring for a full-time in-home sales role where the majority of work is pre-structured for you, and 90% of the process is completed before meeting the customer. You will close deals with pre-qualified prospects and grow into leadership with comprehensive training.

Expect high earning potential from commissions ($100,000–$300,000+ per year) with weekly pay, bonuses, and benefits after 30 days. Local appointments are arranged based on where you live.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in home sales presentations
• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)
• Enjoy a supportive, team-first environment

What You’ll Get:

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
• Weekly pay every Friday
