Home Genius Exteriors is hiring for a full-time in-home sales role where 90% of the work is prepared for you, and you’ll engage with pre-qualified customers to close deals. The company emphasizes leadership growth and from-within promotions within a fast-growing market.

In this role, we're looking for closers.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in home sales presentations
• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)
• Enjoy a supportive, team-first environment

What You’ll Get:

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
• Weekly pay every Friday
