Home Genius Exteriors is hiring for a full-time in-home sales role in the Cleveland area. You will meet 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily and deliver engaging sales presentations with most work pre-handled, enabling a streamlined closing process.

Ideal candidates are confident communicators with leadership drive, ready to grow in a high-ply sales environment offering elite training, weekly pay, and uncapped commissions. This entry into leadership tracks rewards performance and teamwork.

In this role, we're looking for closers.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in home sales presentations
• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)
• Enjoy a supportive, team-first environment

What You’ll Get:

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
• Weekly pay every Friday
