The program emphasizes learning through hands-on roles such as Asset Scheduler, Supply Chain Analyst, Material Planner, and Demand Planner, with structured problem solving and continuous improvement. The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's in a related field, a minimum 3.0 GPA, and at least 6 months of co-op or internship experience in supply chain, engineering or operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
• Minimum of 6 months of equivalent paid co-op or internship in SCM/engineering/operations.

Responsabilités

• Apply supply chain best practices to improve safety, service, inventory health, productivity and performance.
• Build knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes: planning, sourcing, manufacturing support, logistics, delivery, issue resolution.
• Analyze supply and demand data, metrics and trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Partner with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, customer service, commercial and operations teams.
• Work in roles such as Asset Scheduler, Supply Chain Analyst, Material Planner, Demand Planner or related roles.
