Job summary

DuPont invites new graduates to join the Field Engineering & Supply Chain Development Program, a direct-hire, entry-level rotation that develops talent through immersive assignments, mentoring, networking and leadership exposure across locations. Candidates must pursue or hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Supply Chain/Operations, Industrial Engineering, or Business (GPA 3.0+).

6 months of co-op or internship, willingness to relocate every 2–3 years, and a four-year commitment are required.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Supply Chain/Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business from an accredited institution
• GPA of 3.0 or higher (out of 4.0 scale)
• Preferred: six sigma green belt certification (or willingness to become certified in first 24 months)

Responsibilities

• Asset Scheduler/Distribution Requirements Planner/Material Planner roles within the program
• Demand coordination and supply chain process improvement tasks
• Participation in multi-site rotations and project work
• Collaboration with procurement, logistics, and operations teams
• Support development of sustainable customer relationships and program management
