Job summary

Heritage Roofing & Construction is looking for motivated individuals to transition from retail, hospitality, or customer service into high-earning Project Managers. You’ll start with 90 days of paid, hands-on training and earn base pay plus per-claim bonuses and commissions as you learn the ropes from the best in the business.

First-year reps realistically target $100k–$150k, with top veterans clearing $500k.

Qualifications

• Must have grit, be self-motivated, and comfortable talking to new people.
• Must have a pickup truck or the ability to obtain one within 60 days.
• Must be comfortable climbing a ladder and walking on a roof.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Community Outreach: Meeting homeowners in person to offer free roof inspections.
• Helping Neighbors: Assist homeowners in navigating insurance to get their homes fixed.
• Managing Projects: Be the face of the company from first handshake to final shingle.
