Job summary

You’ll start with 90 days of paid, hands-on training, earn base pay plus bonuses, and have the opportunity to grow into top earners. A valid driver's license and a willingness to outwork the field are required.

Qualifications

• Grit: competitive, self-motivated, not afraid to talk to new people.
• Must have access to a pickup truck or obtain one within 60 days.
• Comfortable climbing a ladder and walking on a roof (safety first).
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Community Outreach: meet homeowners in person to offer free roof inspections.
• Help homeowners navigate insurance to get their homes fixed.
• Manage projects and be the face of the company from first handshake to final shingle.
