Comprehensive training is provided to help you learn California claim processes and risk mitigation practices. The role emphasizes accuracy, communication with injured employees, and collaboration with the risk management team to protect staff and the company across our nationwide

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Workers' Compensation claims reporting and coordination.
• Support injured employees through California workers' comp processes.
• Maintain OSHA logs and safety records.
• Handle subpoenas and comply with California labor laws.
• Conduct risk submissions for new clients and track findings.
• Collaborate with safety and risk teams to improve processes.
