Our client is seeking a motivated, detail-driven Claims Coordinator who understands the importance of protecting people, managing risk, and keeping business operations moving forward.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, building relationships, and making a meaningful impact on workplace safety and risk management.

In this role, you’ll be an important part of our Environmental, Health & Safety team, helping oversee insurance-related matters and ensuring claims are managed with accuracy, consistency, and accountability.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of claims coordination from initial reporting through ongoing follow-up and resolution.
• Partner with insurance carriers, adjusters, internal teams, and other stakeholders to keep claims moving in the right direction.
• Identify trends and patterns within claims data to help minimize losses and support informed business decisions.
• Develop meaningful reports and provide insights into claims activity, financial exposure, and loss performance.
• Help business teams strengthen their understanding of claims procedures and best practices.
• Review claims activity, identify gaps, and recommend opportunities to improve processes.
• Support regulatory reporting, documentation, and compliance initiatives.
• Help ensure outstanding claims receive the attention, review, and follow-through they require.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Workers’ Compensation, insurance claims, OSHA reporting, professional liability, brokerage services, or claims analysis.
• Hands-on knowledge of Workers’ Compensation processes and claims administration.
• Confidence working with data, identifying trends, and translating information into actionable reports.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data organization, analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with individuals at all levels.
• A natural ability to stay organized, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
• An associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred. A high school diploma or GED combined with relevant experience will also be considered.
