Entry -Level Retail Sales Representative (Full-Time or Part-Time)

This role offers a pay range provided by Renuity, with actual pay based on skills and experience. The estimated base pay is between $50,000 and $80,000 per year, with top performers earning over $80,000.

Role Responsibilities

• Engage with customers face-to-face in retail stores and events to promote products and generate interest.
• Represent the brand professionally and confidently.
• Help customers schedule free in-home consultations for renovation services.
• Set appointments and assist customers in a friendly manner.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience in face-to-face marketing, brand ambassador roles, appointment setting, or lead generation is a plus.
• Customer service experience, retail, hospitality, or fast-food roles are relevant.
• Must have weekend availability.
• Friendly, positive attitude, and a genuine interest in customer interaction.
