Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers with questions and recommendations, process sales at the cash register, and help keep the store stocked and clean.

Responsibilities include stocking merchandise, unloading trucks when needed, ensuring safety and a friendly environment, and performing other duties as assigned. This part-time role offers opportunities to grow with the team in Bartow, FL.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environments preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, lifting.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Stock replenishment and merchandise recovery.
• Keep store clean, restock bathrooms, sweep and mop floors.
• Provide friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
