Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our Little Elm store, focusing on delivering a great shopping experience. You will assist customers with questions and recommendations, handle transactions, and help with stocking and cleanliness to ensure a welcoming environment.

This role requires reliability, strong communication, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs and move merchandise as part of daily duties. We emphasize safety and teamwork across store teams and leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Keep store clean, restock bathrooms, sweep and mop floors, take out trash, and ensure neat areas.
• Other duties as assigned.
