Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Little Elm, Texas, to provide a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and organized.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior retail or customer service experience is preferred. You will work with a supportive team and engage customers with a friendly, professional approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks; stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with professional interactions.
