Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience for every customer at our Euless, Texas store. You will assist customers, manage transactions at the register, and help maintain stock, cleanliness, and safety standards.

The role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for long periods. Part-time position with opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and friendly environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Uphold professional interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
