Job summary

Family Dollar in Eastland, TX is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver friendly, efficient service at the register and on the floor. You’ll assist customers, handle transactions, restock merchandise, and maintain store cleanliness to ensure a welcoming shopping environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior retail or guest service experience. You should be comfortable lifting 30–50 lbs and using a cash register while following store

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
