Family Dollar in Littlefield, TX is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, manage transactions, and maintain store cleanliness and stock levels.

The role requires strong customer service, organization, and communication skills, with physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods. We value reliability and a friendly, respectful demeanor.

Competenze

• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Mansioni

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
