Job summary

BMS CAT in Englewood, CO is hiring an Entry Level Restoration Technician to support day-to-day remediation operations on residential, commercial, and industrial projects. You will perform detailed cleaning, mold and water damage cleanup, and prep work in accordance with company protocols and safety standards.

We train you and provide PPE, with opportunities for growth, weekly pay, and benefits. Base pay ranges from $18 to $21 per hour, depending on experience and shift.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical labor, including lifting 50+ lbs.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends.
• Strong work ethic with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed cleaning, wiping, HEPA vacuuming, and debris removal in remediation work zones.
• Assist with setting up containment barriers and air machines.
• Conduct pre-clean and post-clean sanitation per IICRC and company standards.
• Safely handle and dispose of contaminated materials following guidelines.
• Load-in/load-out of equipment, tools, and materials.
• Maintain clean work areas, vehicles, and equipment.
• Follow PPE requirements and safety protocols.
• Document daily work activities with before/after photos and inventory.
• Assist with odor removal, surface decontamination, and antimicrobial application.
• Uphold professionalism with customers and onsite personnel.
