Role involves detailed cleaning, site preparation, and environmental decontamination, following company protocols. Flexibility for evenings or weekends may be required, with emphasis on teamwork and customer service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed cleaning, wiping, HEPA vacuuming, and debris removal in remediation work zones.
• Assist with setting up containment barriers, negative air machines, HEPA scrubbers, and dehumidifiers.
• Conduct pre-clean and post-clean sanitation per IICRC and company standards.
• Safely handle and dispose of contaminated materials per environmental guidelines.
• Load-in/load-out of equipment, tools, and materials.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, vehicles, and equipment for professional environment.
• Follow all PPE and safety instructions from supervisors.
