Job summary

BMS CAT & Blackmon Mooring in Arlington, TX is seeking a hands-on remediation crew member to support daytime operations in smoke, fire, water cleanup and mold projects. You will perform detailed cleaning, sanitation, and site preparation following safety and company standards.

We provide training, weekly pay, and benefits; candidates should be able to lift 50+ lbs, wear PPE, and work flexible hours including some evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting 50+ lbs, bending and climbing.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
• Comfort with wearing PPE and following safety protocols.
• Strong customer service and professional demeanor on sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed cleaning, wiping, HEPA vacuuming and debris removal.
• Assist with setting up containment barriers and air filtration equipment.
• Conduct pre-clean and post-clean sanitation per IICRC standards.
• Safely handle and dispose of contaminated materials per guidelines.
• Load and unload equipment, tools and materials; maintain clean work areas.
• Follow PPE requirements and job-specific safety instructions.
• Document daily activities with photos, usage and inventory tracking.
• Assist with odor removal, surface decontamination and antimicrobial applications.
• Interact professionally with customers and site personnel.
