Domino’s Pizza in Nashville is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Entry-Level Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure guests receive a high-quality dining experience. You will participate in a progressive training program that prepares you for a successful management career.

The position requires at least one year of management experience (experience at Domino’s preferred), the ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends, and a commitment to food

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience (prefer Domino’s experience).
• Must be 18+ and pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and adhere to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status.
• Lead and train team members to deliver great guest experiences.
• Monitor daily sales, food costs, and labor; adjust as needed.
• Ensure food safety and brand standards are followed.
• Manage inventory and cash handling per guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and equipment functioning.
