Job summary

Chick-fil-A Sebring seeks a Back of House Team Member to join our fast food restaurant and help prepare, cook, assemble, and present food to Chick-fil-A standards. No experience is required; you must be 16 or older and able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for up to 8 hours, thriving in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food that meets Chick-fil-A standards.
• Food prep of cold and hot fast food menu items.
• Assist with all back of house stations including fries, breading, assembling, boards, food prep, and stock BOH inventory.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Kitchen Manager.
