Job summary

Holiday Hills Resort in Branson, Missouri is seeking a General Maintenance Technician I to perform routine maintenance and repairs, complete inspections, and ensure guest spaces are safe and well-maintained. You will use basic to intermediate hand tools and respond to maintenance requests while coordinating with leadership for larger repairs.

The role is entry-level, requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license. CPR/First Aid/AED are preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs basic routine maintenance and preventative work on plumbing, electrical, and building components.
• Inspects properties and documents needed repairs.
• Responds to guest and staff maintenance requests promptly and coordinates larger repairs with leadership.
• Maintains a clean and safe worksite and adheres to safety standards.
