AtkinsRéalis is seeking an entry-level Resilience and Emergency Management Specialist in Orlando, FL. You will support public-sector clients with disaster recovery, resilience planning, and emergency management, while collaborating with a diverse team on grants management and technical analysis.

The role emphasizes documentation quality, multidisciplinary teamwork, and the use of Power BI, ArcGIS, and other tools to deliver impactful results.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in emergency management, disaster recovery, hazard mitigation, grants management, planning, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s may substitute for experience.
• Strong writing, research, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support public-sector clients through disaster recovery, hazard mitigation, resilience planning, emergency management and grants management.
• Provide technical analysis, program delivery, and stakeholder coordination to ensure quality-focused documentation.
• Leverage data visualization tools to support decision-making and project outcomes.
