Job summary

Russell Tobin is working with a leading financial services firm in South Jordan, UT to hire a Customer Support Representative. The role pays $21.99/hr with 4–5 weeks of fully remote training.

After six months, you will transition to a hybrid schedule with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote. Responsibilities include handling brokerage inquiries, assisting with Cash Management products, and guiding clients through online access and mobile app usage.
