gpac is seeking an enthusiastic, results-oriented individual to join our recruiting team in Wichita, KS. This role focuses on building strong relationships with clients and candidates, filling urgent positions, and delivering high-quality placements through proactive outreach.

No prior recruiting experience is required as gpac provides comprehensive training, tools, and support to help you achieve earnings goals and career growth.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates
• Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s)
• Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements
• Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials
• Call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers
• Conduct reference checks on candidates

• Successful completion of gpac training and all training requirements
