Meron Financial Agency seeks driven individuals to join our remote sales team. You will work warm leads over phone or Zoom to assess families’ life insurance needs and guide coverage choices from our carrier network.

We provide full training, mentorship, and ongoing support as you build production. Compensation is commission-only with daily/weekly pay and uncapped potential based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must be coachable and able to follow a structured system.
• Strong consistency and daily persistence to reach targets.
• Willingness to obtain a Life & Health license if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Handle warm leads via phone or Zoom to determine coverage needs.
• Help families choose life insurance using our carrier network.
• Structure conversations and explain products honestly.
• Collaborate with a mentor and participate in ongoing training.
