American Income Life Insurance Company is seeking a Remote Phone Booker / Appointment Scheduler to support our recruiting team from home. No experience required; training and ongoing coaching provided; you will connect with candidates, schedule interviews, and keep the pipeline moving.

This 100% remote, independent contractor role offers flexible hours and career growth within a performance-driven environment, with access to Calendly, Zoom, email and text communications to manage scheduling.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be physically located within the United States and legally allowed to work in the United States.
• Have a reliable computer, headset, and high-speed internet.
• Excellent verbal communication and professional phone demeanor.
• No prior insurance experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to candidates who have already expressed interest.
• Introduce yourself and create a friendly, professional first impression.
• Confirm interest and availability; schedule interviews using calendar system.
• Communicate appointment information and next steps; confirm upcoming appointments.
• Follow up with candidates who miss meetings and assist with rescheduling.
• Maintain accurate candidate notes and update systems.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to move the pipeline.
• Support a positive candidate experience and timely attendance.
