Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide a consistent optimal customer experience on the cash line and over the phone.
• Fulfills basic servicing requests such as new/replacement cards and information changes.
• Develop relationships with customers and stay informed about their banking needs.
• Educate customers on digital banking options (mobile, online, ATM).
• Assist team members and refer complex needs to a specialist.
• Follow bank policies and manage operational risks.
