Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Ability to use a computer regularly, including typing and monitoring.
• Willingness to work Saturdays as needed.
• One year of banking, cash-handling, and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides a consistent optimal customer experience on the cash line and on the phone.
• Process transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and card services.
• Educates customers on digital solutions like mobile and online banking.
• Develops relationships and helps customers with banking needs.
