Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Excellent communication skills across in-person, phone, and digital channels.
• Capable of using a computer regularly and maintaining attention to detail.
• One year of banking, cash-handling and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience on the cash line and by phone.
• Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and card services.
• Build relationships with customers and understand banking needs.
• Educate customers on digital banking and self-service options.
• Support team with routine tasks and escalate complex financial goals.
• Adhere to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
