Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Ability to use a computer, including typing and monitoring.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to twenty pounds.
• One year of banking, cash-handling, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides a consistent optimal customer experience on the cash line while handling transactional needs.
• Answers inquiries regarding products and services and fulfills basic servicing requests.
• Develops relationships with customers and remains informed about their banking relationships.
• Educates customers on digital solutions such as mobile, online, and ATM offerings.
• Assists branch and team members with basic tasks to aid problem resolution.
• Refers customers to internal experts when more complex goals are identified.
• Adheres to bank processes, risks, and regulatory requirements, and supports branch targets.
