Easy Ice in Phoenix seeks a Refurb Technician I to refurbish and repair ice machines, ensuring optimal function for customer service requirements. You will work closely with Refurb Technician II/III and the Technical Services team, upholding quality and thorough documentation.

Ideal candidates have HVAC experience, EPA 608 certification, and a proactive, team-driven mindset, with strong organizational skills and reliability.

Qualifications

• Two years of professional experience in HVAC field (desired).
• EPA 608 Certification is required.
• Strong organizational skills and reliability are essential.
• Proactive problem solving and quick learning ability.
• Self-motivated, team player, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Flexible with performance and time-sensitive expectations.
• Basic computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment for quick turnaround and shipping.
• Complete refurb and repair work to Easy Ice standards with documentation.
• Collaborate with Service Delivery and Logistics to optimize workflow.
• Perform daily refurb tasks with emphasis on quality.
• Maintain warehouse standards and assist sourcing equipment.
• Keep vehicle clean and perform basic maintenance checks.
