Easy Ice is hiring a Refurb Technician I in Fort Worth, TX to refurbish and repair ice machines and collaborate with the Service Delivery and Logistics teams. You’ll be part of a growing company supporting diverse clients across multiple industries.

Qualifications

• Two years of professional HVAC experience
• EPA 608 Certification
• Excellent organizational skills
• Reliable and energetic
• Problem solving
• Ability to think on one’s feet and learn rapidly without a great deal of supervision
• Entrepreneurial and solution driven
• Flexible with performance, and time-sensitive expectations
• Disciplined, self-motivated, and able to meet team goals
• Able to work as a team member as well as independently
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Ensure adequate levels of equipment are ready for quick turnaround and shipping
• Ensure refurb and repair work is completed to Easy Ice standards and is properly documented
• Work alongside the Service Delivery team and Logistics team to ensure best workflow
• Accomplish daily refurb tasks in a timely and efficient manner with an emphasis on quality
• Ensure warehouse meets standards required by law
• Responsible for sourcing equipment and making sure adequate supplies are available
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicle, check fluids, wipers and tires to help maintain service-life
