Job summary

gpac is seeking ambitious professionals in Wichita, Kansas to join our commission-driven recruiting team. This role offers no cap on earnings while helping clients and candidates find ideal matches; you’ll be supported by extensive training, coaching, and tools to reach your production goals.

You will build relationships with clients and candidates, qualify openings, and guide them through interviews and offers.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates.
Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset.
Effective negotiation skills.
A degree is preferred but not required.
Successful completion of gpac training and all training requirements.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates
Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s)
Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements
Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials
Cold call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers
Conduct reference checks on candidates
