Job summary

You will build and maintain client connections, screen and prep candidates, and coordinate interviews while negotiating job offers. A degree is preferred but not required; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High outbound activity to source clients and candidates.
• Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
• Maintains integrity, confidentiality and ethical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
• Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s).
• Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements.
• Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials.
• Cold call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and offers.
• Conduct reference checks on candidates.
